Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data maykaTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("maykaTech", "we", "us") collects through https://www.maykatech.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it so you can actually read it. If anything is unclear, email hello@maykatech.com and a human will explain.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or email us, we receive what you send: typically your name, work email, company, budget range, and a description of your project. When you apply for a job, we receive your application materials.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from — without building individual profiles.

What we deliberately don't do. We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not buy enrichment data about you from data brokers.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry — the reason you contacted us in the first place
• To evaluate job applications you submit
• To operate, secure, and improve the website
• To comply with legal obligations where they genuinely apply

If you become a client, additional data handling is governed by our master services agreement and, where relevant, data processing agreements — documents your legal team will review before any engagement begins.

How long we keep it

Contact inquiries are retained for 24 months, then deleted unless the conversation became a client relationship. Job applications are retained for 12 months unless you ask us to keep or delete them sooner. Server logs rotate on a 90-day cycle.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers required to run our business — cloud hosting, email, CRM, and applicant tracking — each bound by data processing terms. We share data with authorities only when legally compelled, and we will tell you if we are permitted to.

Your rights

Wherever you live, we extend the same baseline: you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you have these rights by statute (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA); we honor them globally because it is simpler and fairer. Requests go to hello@maykatech.com and are answered within 30 days.

Security

We are a SOC 2 Type II audited company and apply the same discipline to our own systems that we apply to client work: encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but ours are professionally defended.

International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States and the European Union. Where data moves across borders, standard contractual clauses govern the transfer.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy materially, we update the date at the top and, if the change affects how we handle data you have already given us, we note it prominently on this page for 60 days.
